Lake Argyle to Melbourne
After leaving Lake Argyle lots of  fires due to the  40-45 degree heat

Hi all,

The year 2013 has almost come to an end once again and unlike last year this time I will make this my last blog.

Mattaranka is where this blog starts in the national park as we love it here, the camp ground park was very empty even the  caretakers where gone, this time rangers only.
The temperature 40 degrees plus and  most of our day was spend at the homestead in the springs swimming and keeping cool.

Next we moved south and Banka Banka for a 1 niter Tennent Creek next for fuel, free camp after turning East.

Free camped till we got to Mount Isa or rather till Brisbane Than Tweed Heads, Tamworth, Wodonga and than home to our Daughters got here early this year, as we are horse sitting for a week, while Tracey family  are in Fiji.

We are here till after the new year than who knows no plans yet.

Have few photo's for you if you care to look over them.

Broome to Katherine NT

Broome to Katherine NT.
{Click on Photo to enlarge}

Hi  once again from us travelers, mind not much traveling has been done since we got here on 16th of  May 2013 now it has been almost 4 month since getting here  wonder where the time has gone and above all what did we do in all this time here.

We travelled to Cape Laveque, Broome shopping, Saturday/Sunday market. horse races, lots of going to the beach, sunset viewing from the beach, swimming pool, Crocodile farm etc.but most off all we sat and read books and did nothing at all in temperatures around 30 degrees+.

So in essence there isn't much to say except that our time here has been great but all good things come to an end at some time so next monday we will be on the road once again heading East.

But that does not mean we are unable to provide some great photos from our stay here, mind I haven't changed my mind as to, there still isn't much that Broome has to offer except the weather, pearls and Sunshine.

Prices are high, shopping is reduced to a few essential stores but not to much to choose from, No cask wine for instance as this is a no no, due to the aboriginals here and there are plenty of them.

Since starting this blog we have moved on and are now in Katherine NT, traveling the  Victoria Highway temperatures have litterally soared to 40degrees and temperatures will now start to soar even higher so we are told.

Anyway here are some photo's .
